Characteristics

Wisbroek Micro 40 is a complete (floating) daily food especially for young fish-eating birds, such as waterfowl, grebes, terns and other sea and shore birds. During the unique extrusion process, the high diversity of raw materials under high pressure to a delicious crunchy pellet formed. Each pellet contains all the nutrients your fish-eating bird needs to stay in good condition. Apart from the pellets, no extra additions are needed in the feed.

Wisbroek Micro 40 can be given to young birds as needed. In the cold winter period, the birds will need more food, since in spring and summer there are more natural snacks such as insects, algae, buds and grass seeds for your birds.

It is important to watch for unnaturally rapid growth in young birds. This is characterized, among other things, by hanging wings or pitch wings. In this case, it is necessary to mix our Micro 40 with our less energy dense rearing feed Wisbroek Micro 22. It is also possible to switch completely to Wisbroek Micro 22 in case of signs of too rapid growth.

The pellets can be offered both dry and wet. Due to the extrusion process, the pellets have a water stability of approximately 48 hours. To make the pellets softer and easier to eat, you can soak them in water. Our advice is to use a ratio of pellets : water of 1 : 2.

Composition

Wheat flour, pork meal, poultry meal, soya meal, fish meal, rapeseed oil, hemoglobin powder, wheat gluten, soya concentrate, blood meal, fish oil, and mono-calcium phosphate.
