These Salmon Parr (25-40gm) are sourced from Scotland where they have been reared in fresh water for the salmon aquaculture industry. Unfortunately, these salmon parr are too small to be transferred to the salmon farms out at sea. Instead of landfill, incineration, compost or bioenergy these small salmon find purpose by being a highly nutritious product as animal food. A great addition to any fish eating animals diet.
