Abroad
For most deliveries abroad we cooperate with transport companies. You are welcome to contact us ([email protected]), so we can give you more information about delivery options and costs of transport to you.
Delivery within Denmark and parts of Sweden
We have two refrigerated trucks that we can deliver orders to customers in Denmark and Sweden, with temperature control. This means that our trucks can transport both dry food, live insects, and frozen products. We always use the same drivers, and one car is equipped with a pallet truck. This allows us to deliver products directly to the customer. We do our best to run our routes according to a fixed schedule. We have divided the delivery into several routes. We deliver to each route once every two or four weeks. We often bring raw materials or other products home to Kiezebrink on the return trip to Hjørring. This means that our cars rarely run empty, which is much more efficient. Changes may occur for logistical or public holiday reasons.
- Orders are delivered on weekdays between 7 am and 6 pm. Due to logistical complexities, we cannot always accommodate requested delivery times.
- Orders over 1250 kr. (incl. VAT) will receive free delivery. Below 1250 kr. (incl. VAT) a delivery fee of 375 kr. (incl. VAT) will be charged. This only applies to customers on our fixed delivery trips. Live insects
Live insects can be shipped throughout Denmark and some species to parts of Sweden.
Live insects can always be delivered using our own vehicles when we are operating on our regular routes, or via a separate transport directly to the customer.

Pick-up
You are also welcome to pick up your order in Hjørring on weekdays (Monday - Friday) from 8:00 to 15:30 at Øster Hedevej 122 9800 Hjørring.
