Delivery times
Orders are delivered on weekdays between 07:00 and 18:00.
Due to logistical planning, we cannot always accommodate specific time preferences. If desired, you will receive an estimated delivery time by email the day before delivery. Please indicate this when placing your order.

Accessibility of the delivery address
Due to the size of our trucks, it may not always be possible or responsible to deliver directly to your home. In such cases, we will work with you to find a suitable delivery location.

Delivery costs
Minimum order value: €500 excluding VAT. Free delivery on orders of €750 or more, excluding VAT.
Orders within our Dutch delivery routes are delivered free of charge to your home, provided this fits within our delivery schedule. Different conditions apply to deliveries to Germany.

When delivery costs apply and the order is delivered via one of our own Dutch route, a delivery charge of €50, excluding VAT, will be applied. Different rates apply to deliveries to Germany.

Delivery area exceptions
