This diet is manufactured as a 4mm pellet to improve acceptability and contains an adequate level Sodium Bicarbonate to aid rumen function. Intake will vary over the year from almost zero in the winter, peaking in the summer prior to the rut. This variation is natural and providing body condition is good prior to the onset of winter, the animal can cope.
