Pigeon

These pigeons come from companies that supply pigeons for human consumption. These are ex-racing pigeons. They are put in quarantine for 6 days and are under veterinary observation. They are tested for any growth hormones or antibiotics before being electrocuted. They are frozen a weigh between 300gm and 500gm.

Please note that most pigeons come without feet as they have had their rings removed.
