Herring are forage fish, mostly belonging to the family Clupeidae.

Herring are very high in the long-chain Omega-3 fatty acids. They are also a good source of vitamin D.

IQF stands for individually quickly frozen.

*Please note these Herring IQF are very large 20 - 30cm (roughly 150 - 225gms) each.
